Pricing 2013-2014

 

Your Individual Housing Package at Tropicana Gardens Includes:

Shared Furnished Suite +   Unlimited Meal Plan +     Weekly Trop Events +   Resort-Style Amenities

At Tropicana Gardens, you sign an individual contract for a bed space in a shared residence hall suite. The pricing is per person, so you are responsible for you and only you, not your roommates. Your comprehensive payment includes rent for your shared furnished suite, all utilities (even WiFi and basic cable), light housekeeping twice a month, and the unlimited meal plan in our on-site Café.

Your payment depends on the bedroom occupancy that you choose. We offer contracts for singles (“A” Bedroom for one person), doubles ( “A” or “B” Bedroom shared by two people), triples (“C” Bedroom shared by 3 people), quads (“C” Bedroom shared by 4 people) or Super Saver Suites (a 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom suite shared by 6 people).

Parking - 2013-2014 School Year Prices

Parking is not included in your contract, as many students choose to use alternative forms of transportation. The parking prices listed below are one time costs for the year, and are assigned spaces. All spots are assigned based on a first come, first served basis. These prices are for the 2013-2014 school year.
