Your Individual Housing Package at Tropicana Gardens Includes:

At Tropicana Gardens, you sign an individual contract for a bed space in a shared residence hall suite. The pricing is per person, so you are responsible for you and only you, not your roommates. Your all-inclusive payments include:

  • 10 meals per week included with contract, with ability to adjust to 15 or 20 meals a week
  • Rent
  • All Utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash, high-speed internet)
  • Light Housekeeping twice monthly

Your payment is based on the bedroom occupancy that you choose. We offer the following contract occupancy types:

  • A bedroom: Single occupancy (limited) or Small Double occupancy (limited).
  • B bedroom: Standard Double occupancy.
  • C bedroom: Triple occupancy.
